What is Microsoft Bookings?
Microsoft Bookings is our online appointment system that gives you the ability to select a time that suits you — without the back-and-forth of coordinating availability. It integrates with our calendars, so you can see when we’re free and book in just a few clicks.
Why We Use It
We’ve introduced this system to improve communication, ensure meetings are time-efficient, and give you more structured access to our team. Rather than calling and hoping someone is available, you can now schedule a dedicated time to discuss your query.
What You Need to Know
- Bookings are available from 12:00pm to 3:30pm on weekdays — a structured window that helps us provide you with the attention your matter deserves, whilst ensuring our staff can get the work done to keep your OC running smoothly.
- Appointments are 15 minutes long, helping keep conversations focused and efficient.
- Meetings are held via Microsoft Teams — no downloads required. You’ll receive a meeting link in your confirmation email.
- You’ll get a confirmation and calendar invite straight away, and reminders before your appointment.
- If your OC Manager is unavailable, you won’t see any available times — you can try again later or email us directly.
